Updated dependencies while keeping web3 at 6.x (for backwards compatibility):

  • httpx: ^0.27.1 -> ^0.28.1
  • pydantic: ^2.11.3 -> ^2.12.5
  • certifi: ^2025.4.26 -> ^2025.11.12
  • pytest: ^8.4.1 -> ^9.0.2
  • pytest-asyncio: ^1.1.0 -> ^1.3.0
  • pytest-cov: ^4.1.0 -> ^7.0.0
  • pre-commit: ^4.2.0 -> ^4.5.1
  • black: ^25.1.0 -> ^25.12.0
  • isort: ^6.0.1 -> ^7.0.0
  • web3: ^6.17.1 -> ^6.20.4
