While FL must have some combo scaling due to FL size changing with combo - I think it's current way to harsh.
I've changed the base value to be 0.25 on 0 combo, assuming that the 0 combo radius FL is 4 times easier than normally.
As well as just making the power in combo scaling more lenient in general, changing the power from 0.8 to 0.5.
The exact numbers are up to debate (I picked them arbitrarily), but I think that general direction should be towards making non-FC and non-choke FL plays to be viable as well.
