My journey in software development has been built on continuous learning, consistency, and the belief that every challenge is an opportunity to improve. I constantly work on strengthening my skills in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, C++, Java, and Python by building real-world projects, exploring new technologies, and staying actively involved in the developer community.

One of the biggest influences in my life has been my mother, Reena Dhar. Her sacrifices, resilience, and unwavering belief in education shaped the person I am today. She taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, humility, and never giving up, regardless of how difficult the journey becomes. The mindset I bring to my work and the goals I pursue are deeply rooted in the values she instilled in me. As I continued growing as a developer, I realized that many students struggle to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. That realization led me to create Codhar, a platform dedicated to helping students and aspiring developers build practical skills, work on real-world projects, improve problem-solving abilities, and gain the confidence needed to succeed in the technology industry.

Through Codhar, my goal is not just to teach programming. I want to build a community where developers can learn, build, collaborate, and grow together. I believe technical education should be practical, accessible, and aligned with real industry needs. Every course, project, challenge, and learning resource on the platform is designed with that vision in mind. Today, I continue to combine software development, developer advocacy, and education to create meaningful impact.
