Re-pin tfs to the v0.12.0 release commit (the docs-platform release: a site changelog, a docs audit, 8 diagrams, and 4 new CI guards taking the gate 9 -> 13; no new skills). Bumps the marketplace metadata version 1.28.0 -> 1.29.0. validate-registry.mjs passes (the pinned sha resolves on GitHub).
