Generate WasherControl cluster using Alchemy

Summary

This is the code generation of the cluster LaundryWasherControl using Alchemy.

There seems to be no meaningful code changes, the most important differences in the XML are:

• Addition of size constraints for attributes.
• Bumped revision.

Testing

Built unit tests and CI should check that all examples are compiled correctly, also there seems to be minimal code changes.
