- 「特例法」（性同一性障害者の性別の取扱いの特例に関する法律）是变更户籍上性别的法律，并非进行激素治疗（HRT）的法律依据。原句「身体的治療には特例法に基づきホルモン療法を行う」混淆了法律根据与医疗，已改为依据日本精神神经学会的诊疗指南、由医师进行，并注明特例法只关乎户籍性别的变更。 - 2024 年 7 月对「外观要件」作出违宪疑义判断、并承认未手术 MtF 性别变更的是広島高等裁判所（原文误作长崎高等裁判所）。同时删除「ホルモン治療がまだ要件の一つ」这一错误叙述（HRT 并非特例法的要件）。 - 将 GnRH 拮抗药「レルミナ（relugolix）」从 GnRH 激动药（GnRHa）的例子中分离，单列为 GnRH 拮抗药（其作用机制与激动药相反，不引起 flare-up）。 - 诊疗指南更新至最新第 5 版《性別不合に関する診断と治療のガイドライン》（2024 年；旧称《性同一性障害に関する診断と治療のガイドライン》第 4 版改）。 - 订正拼写 Incongurence → Incongruence。 仅修改 content/ja/docs/medicine/hrt-overview.md，皆为事实性订正，未改动结构。

特例法 ≠ 激素治疗的依据
原文：「身体的治療には、『性同一性障害者の性別の取扱いの特例に関する法律』に基づきホルモン療法を行う。」
「特例法」是变更户籍上性别的法律，并不是进行激素治疗（HRT）的法律依据。已改为：身体的治疗依据日本精神神经学会等的诊疗指南、由医师进行；并注明特例法只关乎户籍性别的取扱变更。
2024 年判决为広島高裁，而非長崎高裁
对「外観要件」作出违宪疑义判断、并承认未手术 MtF 性别变更的，是 2024 年 7 月的広島高等裁判所（原文误作長崎高等裁判所；脚注 [^99] 引用的 NHK 报道亦为広島）。同时删去「ホルモン治療がまだ要件の一つ」这一错误叙述——HRT 并非特例法的要件。
レルミナ（relugolix）是 GnRH 拮抗药，而非 GnRHa
原文将「レルミナ錠」列为 GnRH 激动药（GnRHa）的例子。レルミナ（レルゴリクス）是口服 GnRH 拮抗药（日本适应症为子宫肌瘤・子宫内膜症），与激动药作用机制相反、不引起 flare-up。已分列为 GnRH アゴニスト / GnRH アンタゴニスト 两项。
诊疗指南更新至第 5 版
旧引用为「第 4 版改」（2018）。现行为日本精神神経学会・日本 GI（性別不合）学会《性別不合に関する診断と治療のガイドライン》第 5 版（2024 年 8 月，2024 年 10 月一部补正），名称已由「性同一性障害」改为「性別不合」。
