Fix 20 typos in READMEs and test notes, including: - rs1279 -> rs1729 (correct upstream developer reference) - dfm_detect -> dft_detect (correct utility name in section heading) - Bit-Error-Eate -> Bit-Error-Rate - Various spelling fixes: acheive, comparions, thredshold, etc.

I'm not against typo fixes in documentation, but a lot of these are ancient notes files which are mostly irrelevant nowadays. The changes to the main README.md are probably the only ones that are important |
