Support for Java 25

This PR would add support for a Java 25 yolk. Tested that this works, currently running it on my setup for a Greg Tech: New Horizons server.

this is what I get when I try to use it for gtnh. I'm pretty new to github lol, what am I missin? seems like you guys added it and it should work, right?

Where we're commenting right now is a "Pull Request", which is a request to make changes to a repository. It's currently "Open" meaning it hasn't actually been accepted and implemented yet. When "25" shows up as an option under this link: https://github.com/pterodactyl/yolks/tree/master/java (or more specifically, this link) you'll be able to use it like you're trying to now.

FYI, until this PR has been merged you can use ghcr.io/ptero-eggs/yolks:java_25 for Java 25. That's the community version.
