Updated the bug report form to explicitly ask reporters to (1) confirm they're on the latest stable pip-audit and (2) check open + recently closed issues for duplicates. Also cleaned the template file to remove hidden/bidi Unicode control chars flagged by GitHub. Thanks! |

This updates the bug report issue form to reduce duplicate/invalid reports.
