Integrate
smallrye-opentelemetry-sendersinto Quarkus, replacing the localVertxGrpcSenderandVertxHttpSenderinquarkus-opentelemetryruntime with the shared SmallRye implementations.Depends on smallrye/smallrye-opentelemetry#556.
Until that code is released and we have a proper version. This will remain in draft
