Which issue(s) this PR fixes?

Fixes #

  1. The leader or followers' replications are started by xenons, so the mysqlchecker can work well.
  2. However, the ReadOnly pod do not have xenon container, which make it is unhealthy which is checked by mysqlchecker.
  3. The unhealthy pod lead to unready of Readonly statefulset, reasulting in operator cannot go on reconciling.
