Adds compositional approach to systems, standardizes standard outputs, demonstrates monomorphized loop construction in fubox.
Note
This PR began with long-intended improvements on the type contracts between system implementations and their environment definitions. To fully demonstrate how this comes together, a full but initial rewrite of the plugins to systems was performed.
