Added 'Down Aero Modified' theme

Down Aero Modified

• Added a search menu.
• Fixed the buggy "All" and "Back" buttons, added a purple highlight that adapts to the system's accent color.
• Removed the user account name.
• Centered the quick link folders.
• Increased the overall height of the Start menu.
• Added a hover effect to the profile picture.

Small update: I have no idea how I can make the bottom quick links keep their centering whenever a user decides to have less or more of the quick links settings turned on.
Currently, it's only centered with "Files", "Downloads", "Music", "Photos", "Videos", "File Explorer", & "Settings".

I prefer not having two very similar themes. @vinstartheme, you might want to take a look and update your Down Aero theme with some of the improvements here.

@m417z Not a problem, I plan on making a new theme soon in the future that I'll submit.

I don't know the answer. If I wanted to find a solution, I'd open UWPSpy and start experimenting.
