TestAPI

WebAPI test

Test API project is to take an input string CSV data and format it.

Input file named InputFile.txt is added to the project.

Visual Studio 2019 is used for development.

Postman is used to test the api by posting the InputFile.txt

The formatted data is written to outFile.txt
