Hi there 👋

I am Roman Domrachev and I am Principal Golang Developer with Tech Lead background.

I develop feature-rich business applications with maintainability in mind. Ease integration burdens with a contract-based development approach. I always strive for consistency and performance in designed distributed systems. Pay attention to systems observability to ensure quality of work.

Proficient in GoLang. Have significant hands-on experience with related technologies like: Kafka, Kubernetes, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis and PostgreSQL, and methods: CI/CD, DevOps.

I communicate with a business team to understand their needs and provide tailored and (cost-)effective solutions which fits business requirements without unnecessary complexity. I take responsibility for the code I own and pay big attention to the product which I work on.
