when I run on our project that target class not yet exists, it cause error because dependency are not synced due to third party requirements.
eg: symfony/security-core already v6.2, but symfony-http still v6.1
This ensure that the target class rename on different namespace core -> http, and core -> bundle, it apply on target version that the class/constant exists.
