Epic: Module 2 Feedback incorporation (Labs + Content)

This PR includes the following changes for both lab 1 and 2 of module 2

• loading of model from a preconfigured local S3 storage
• option to conditionally/dynamically choose between HF and S3 for model download in the pipeline
• removed steps to setting up local s3 storage
• added details on recipes and oneshot (in presentation).
• added caveat for consulting to not do any quantizations without existing recipes
• added explanation of model evaluation results (in presentation)
• pipeline upload and trigger using KFP REST APIs
• updated all showroom notes with the new steps to follow based on the above updates.
