Summary: Suppose you have web application which needs access to your pc. For exmaple you have POS application and you want to access printer from Web, with this you can build and keep a CLI program in you C drive and from your web application you can call the CLI application.
Details: First build and publish the console app. Keep it in C drive. Then edit the .reg file to replace the .exe path. Register the CLI by double clicking the .reg file and you'll have the CLI ready for the calling from web. Use this to R&D your app as you need.
