- refactor: simplify some operation on direct2d/directwrite
- fix(WeaselUI): hemispherical of hilite text preedit not correct
- simplify code with lambda function in DirectWriteResources::InitResources - simplify code of DirectWriteResources::_SetFontFallback - remove unnecessary reset to ComPtr objects - add a macro for debug info output with OutputDebugString - handle failed HRESULT with ComException, output debug info with the macro - update directwrite operation calls.
