The left ankle roll motor encoder does not seem to work well

Detailed context

We noticed first some issues on the calibration phase, with a ~6deg offset. We avoided using the AMO, but the problem remained. Moreover, when moving the joint via motorgui, the motor was not moving smoothly. At the same time, the yri was complaining mentioning that the disk was dirty.
