There are several issues with the fingers, currently only a handful are able to fully close

Detailed context

• the l_index_oc pin gets out very frequently
• the l_middle_oc does not move
• the l_ring_pinky_oc moves only 30 deg
• the left ring phalanx is unmounted
• the r_thumb_oc does not move
• the r_index_oc closes only 50 deg
• the r_ring_pinky_oc closes only 20deg
• the fingertip of the right ring is missing

Additional context

We have a demo on Tiesday and it would be helpful to have the hands in a better shape

Hi! I have replaced all the tendons in all the fingers mentioned in this issue.

At the moment, all fingers are functioning correctly again!
