[PR 148765](rust-lang#148765) changed the expected signature of Thread::new(), which broke Motor OS target. Also set thread name.

Motor OS: fix compile error [PR 148765](rust-lang#148765) changed the expected signature of Thread::new(), which broke Motor OS target. Also set thread name while at it.
