Add a filename based on url hash + mime type

Sometimes I save a bunch of images from posts and as of now the filename ends up being the host of my cache server.

It's not a huge issue but annoying to rename every time.

This will add a filename to the content disposition header

Also had to update rust to 1.90 because some of the libraries were failing complaining they didn't support 1.80
