bsp: add support for the Orange Crab

Adds initial board support for the Orange Crab.

Based on the rust-hdl-bsp-alchitry-cu BSP crate.

Hi! Would you mind just publishing the crate directly to crates.io? I do have an orange crab, and would love to get back to it, but don't have the bandwidth yet, given my work on rhdl.

I can, just wanted to add the BSP here first, since it's so heavily based on other work in rust-hdl. Would you mind adding a link to the repo/crate somewhere in the docs as a community maintained BSP?

I do have an orange crab, and would love to get back to it, but don't have the bandwidth yet, given my work on rhdl.

No worries, I understand completely. If/when you get more bandwidth, just let me know if you would like me to transfer ownership back to rust-hdl.

Edit: Also, would it be better to add this BSP as a rhdl-based crate, or as part of that project?

Update: The crate is now published: hdl-bsp-orange-crab.

I'm aiming to support rhdl in addition to rust-hdl. Let me know if you think rhdl is ready for external use. If it's not ready, please ping me when it is.
