This change moves documentation from the Hyku wiki into the /docs directory so that it can be tracked and version controlled as part of the Hyku release process.

In order to preserve contribution history, the full wiki commit history is pulled in as-is. So, while we've deleted no longer relevant pages, the relevant commit history is retained, even for pages that are being removed. Squashing these into a single commit would delete individual contributor history.

Once these changes are merged, we can further organize the pages being added, including linking to them from the main getting started document.
