This PR is a bit of a grab bag. Most importantly, it has fixes to support the breaking api changes from version 1.0 of meshfields. There are also a couple unrelated fixes for errors that appeared when cuda was enabled. Lastly, it enables meshfields in the blake dashboard builds that already had omegah enabled.
All 23 of the tests labelled as
Omega_hpass with a serial build. There are numerous test failures when cuda is enabled, but, AFAIK, that is expected.
