Stumbled on this project as I've been thinking on and off about making a split flap board for myself. Was looking at some potential sizing options and parameterized the frame calculation "mode" in combined_front_panel.scad to make that easier in my efforts. Thought it might be useful to the project so here's a pull request to update that.
