This adds support for having emoji as a flap character.
Logic is similar to how color flaps are specified. A new set of lowercase letters represent emoji, when found, the emoji character and font is swapped in for the render.
To use, download and install the NotoEmoji in the appropriate subdirectory and add the use statement in flap_fonts.scad. Specific emoji mapping can be updated to use other emoji in the font.
This also adds the data block for the Instruction font as a potential replacement for the default Epilogue font.
