As a user I would expect it to open the meetingHud regardless of if there was an actual ongoing meeting or not. |

Do you mean it should call a meeting if there isn't one ongoing? Opening the meeting HUD without an active meeting would make it non-functional. |

Exactly "non-functional"? I assume it'd just open the meeting screen but you can't actually vote / do anything |

Adds an open meeting button. Checks if a meeting is in progress and not already open before opening it. If no meeting is in progress, nothing happens.
