I've added NTLM proxy authentication. It only works on Windows. It allows for both supplied proxy credentials, and getting the credentials of the running user. You will need to provide the proxy IP and port, it is not auto-detected yet. Some libraries and code needed to be put into goDoH's code, as changes needed to be made to add support to passing credentials via the command line, and to make some methods accessible.
