This should help mitigate issues with GHAs failing mid-way through the push like it happened here.
This won't solve the issue where the GHA is killed via the GH UI or by hitting the timeout limit somehow (it already happened a couple of times last weeks that the
helm pushphase which usually takes a few seconds to push a couple KB of data it took 17 min, let's see if this happens more and more)
