The MCP app renamed its env vars to be more specific, so this PR aligns the chart to that.
When upgrading existing installations, the upgrade may fail because the
lookupfunction doesn't expect var names to change. Refer to the recommendation in the mcp changelog file for instructions on how to rename the var name beforehand.This is targeting the branch #109 since I'd like to release a single helm release, so once both are reviewed and approved, I'll merge this into 109 and then merge 109.
