feat: UI Improvements & General QoL improvements

This PR introduces the following changes:

1. Add Geist Mono font for code blocks
2. Add Prettier plugin for sorting Tailwind classes
3. Fix mobile responsiveness
4. Use ResponsiveDialog (Revola) for registry setup
5. Add page-wide adaptive mask
6. Global scrollbar styling to blend seamlessly with the design system
7. Add custom Scroll Area component (Lina) for Registry Setup's code blocks
8. Add micro-interactions for copy buttons
9. Add format check & write (with cache) and typecheck scripts to package.json
10. Toggle verbatimModuleSyntax to ensure all types are imported with type prefix only
