Thanks for the help! Please observe the error message:

 Expected: .subckt sky130_fd_sc_hd__xor2_1 A B VGND VNB VPB VPWR X
 Received: .subckt sky130_fd_sc_hd__xor2_1 A X B VGND VNB VPB VPWR
 Please reorder the ports inside the schematic

You will just need to move the x pin down in the .sch file
