Updated Parameters for SWML AI section to utilize API Fields instead of tables where applicable. Made changes to almost all tables to utilize API fields for parameter documentation so that it can be uniform across the board

• Changes Summary: Updated Parameters for SWML AI section to utilize API Fields instead of tables where applicable. Made changes to almost all tables in SWML AI section to utilize API fields for parameter documentation so that it can be uniform across the board. In progress until I discuss which parameters specifically will be utilizing this feature as well as what we'd like to do regarding specific quirks in formatting.
