[Bug] FALCO data missing from MultiQC report

Description

FALCO QC data is not appearing in the MultiQC report despite being routed to ch_multiqc_files.

Investigation

• Check FALCO output file patterns
• Verify files are being collected properly
• Check MultiQC search patterns for Falco module

Fixed

Root Cause

MultiQC FastQC module searches for files named fastqc_data.txt but FALCO outputs files like SRR25366741_1_fastqc_data.txt (with sample prefix).

Fix Applied

Added custom search pattern to assets/multiqc_config.yml:

Verification

Run #65 MultiQC data directory now contains:

• multiqc_fastqc.txt (3.4KB) - FALCO QC data parsed
• fastqc_per_base_sequence_quality_plot.txt - Quality plots
• fastqc_adapter_content_plot.txt - Adapter content
• All other standard FastQC plot data files
