Done in 0db160f. Updated test_picsart_api_e2e to:

• Use the profile URL https://www.picsart.com/u/adam with mutate_url (tests the url_mutations feature, consistent with Pinterest/Weibo test patterns)
• Added @pytest.mark.github_failed marker
• Made assertions flexible (no hardcoded picsart_id value, fullname is not None, is_verified in ('True', 'False'))
