Make display names tokenizable

1-line edit just adding token parser wrapping display text for context tag recipes. Feel free to just yoink without the whole PR rigamarole.

Ok I just added the JA fixes directly to this branch so I guess it auto-added them to the PR too. The fix should be low risk for JA, but it will change user-facing behavior:

• JA fish, minerals, cooking, crafting, and seeds should no longer be required for full shipment.
• JA minerals probably will be required for museum completion (did not test). If this isn't desired, either a CP mod adding the relevant flag or changing the category on the user side (maybe to -2?) would be needed.
• JA cooking items will be required for "cook every recipe" perfection criteria. If this isn't desired, changing the category in the content pack data to -25 is more appropriate to reflect this intent.
• I think the crafting menu pulls from the crafting recipes, not from the Crafting category, so no effects there
• JA crop seeds are already taken care of via the crop data, so in theory the Seeds change should have no effects.
