Two modes:
repo-audit(auto-audit) — 12-line cap, truncation hintrepo-audit --full(user asks "find secrets") — all findingsAuto-audit fired by AuditTrapdoor every 5 tool calls uses default (capped). User explicitly asking for secrets gets --full.
