feat: add observed workspace facts

Adds deterministic observed workspace artifacts and local query/drift commands.

Changes:

• Fix root build script to build packages/dotdog
• Add facts.jsonl output to dotdog map
• Add dotdog observe
• Add dotdog ask
• Add dotdog drift
• Neutralize public examples in README/docs/tests
• Suppress noisy fixture output in command tests

Verification:

• bun test: 38 pass / 0 fail
• cd packages/dotdog && bun build src/cli.ts --outdir dist --target node: pass
• node scripts/check-pack.mjs: Package check passed: 24 files

Public hygiene:

• No Magic Cabinet/cabinet/2020/quote-flow language added
• Public examples now use neutral workspace/service/interface/core-flow naming

Not included:

• No merge
• No release
• No publish
