cloneしたPetclinicプロジェクトはHomeControllerの代わりにWelcomeControllerがトップページを担当していたので、
WelcomeControllerクラスでOwnerService を呼び出してオーナー数を取得し、Modelに値を渡す処理を記述し、
welcome.htmlにて取得したオーナー数を表示する記述をしています
