There are 2 versions of this OLED display. One with VCC/GND/SCL/SDA and one with GND/VCC/SCL/SDA. The last one seems to be the more available version.
Added a silkscreen to indicate what pinout is active for the display, including a layout of the holes and the active pixel area of the display.

GND and VCC were incorrectly wired in the schematic drawing.
Corrected dimensions on PCB layout and set copper to both sides.
Screenshots of the parts in Fritzing.
All screenshots now have the same height.
After ordering a print, it appeared the holes were too small for the pinheaders.
The font was unreadable on the PCB with Fritzing
Fritzing has some render issues with splines with very short edges and sharp corners. Rendering on the silkscreen now looks good.
