docs: document mTLS configuration for NiFi 2.x monitoring

Part of #813
Replaces the Bearer token authentication documentation for a one node NiFi cluster with the mTLS authentication documentation for a whole NiFi cluster. Some of the links referring to manifests in the monitoring Stack only work after stackabletech/demos#284 is merged.
