commit 708 wrong code to find why this passed test

  1. use eus compile to find undefined variable and functions
$ roseus "(compile-file \"baxter-interface.l\")" "(exit)"

gcc -g -c -Dx86_64 -DLinux -Wimplicit -falign-functions=8 -DGCC3  -DGCC  -DTHREADED -DPTHREAD -fpic  -I/opt/ros/indigo/share/euslisp/jskeus/eus/include -O2 baxter-interface.c

currently we need to fix code like below and unix:uleep (#2241 (review)) is not found
