Preference Utility

Purpose

To provide both an API and and utility for administrators and developers to instrument application code. The objective of this utility is to have a simple single file installation allowing easy use into projects.

Simple typed table with String, Number and Date options

• User Interface - allows edit of all preferences
• API for easy reading and maintaining of Preference value.
• Ability to make Preference read only through API

• Basic Encryption to prevent simple selects against password values
