The aom
tunevalue ofiqis an acronym of "Image Quality" and is based on the more up-to-date SSIM version 2. This is made available from libaom version 3.12.0 onwards hence the#if definedguard.The existing default
tunevalue ofssimremains to ensure backwards compatibility.
