Document the sslmode DSN option for the Telegram bridge, enabling support for local API servers.

IIRC we are not used to document Bridge options here in favor of corresponding readme file

Maybe just add &sslmode=SSLMODE is DSN example as we did for Matrix is enough to make obvious this option exists ?
