Per tc39/ecma262#3000 (review), the
ClassBodyrestriction in the early errors forUsingDeclarationandAwaitUsingDeclarationis superfluous as it cannot occur, thus should be removed.A PR against ecma262 is being tracked by rbuckton/ecma262#6.
