This PR refactors the AI-powered insights documentation by splitting a single comprehensive article into four focused, modular articles that better organize the content for different user needs and workflows.

All four articles are currently located in the Interactivity section. They could be moved to a separate folder, but I am unsure if they will be easily discoverable. Open to suggestions; cc @elkinmilen @ighristov @yordan-mitev

The root structure of the left-hand navigation looks pretty crammed, so I don't think adding an additional node there would be user-friendly. With that said, I suggest renaming the "Interactivity" section to "Interactivity and AI". |
