Adds ai-infra-index to the LLMOps section.

ai-infra-index is an open-source AI infrastructure index that helps LLMOps practitioners select and price GPU infrastructure. It provides:

• Real-time cloud GPU pricing from 12+ providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Lambda, CoreWeave, RunPod, Vast.ai, etc.), updated hourly via GitHub Actions
• GPU hardware specifications (H100/H200/B200, AMD MI300X, Intel Gaudi 3)
• Model-to-GPU VRAM sizing guides (how much VRAM for LLaMA 3 70B at FP16 vs INT4?)
• MLPerf benchmarks and cost optimization playbooks

MIT licensed. Machine-readable JSON datasets with MLCommons Croissant metadata. Also published as a HuggingFace dataset.
